- Peeled pumpkin (Japanese)120 g
- Cassava flour (zaya)100 g
- plant milk100 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil25 g
- Salt1 g
- Turmeric Powder to taste
- Ginger Powder to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Grease a waffle maker with olive oil and turn it on to preheat (leave closed).
- Take the pumpkin to the fire and cook until the consistency of puree.
- Add the pumpkin puree, olive oil and milk in a bowl and mix vigorously until homogenized and an emulsion forms.
- Add the flour, seasonings and mix until a creamy consistency.
- Pour half of the cream into the waffle maker and wait for it to be fully cooked. Repeat the process with the other half.
- If the machine is large, you can pour all the cream at once.
