- Hazelnut cream3 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Strawberry Jam to taste
- Open the puff pastry and spread the hazelnut cream in half
- Place the part of puff pastry that was without cream on top of the part with hazelnut cream.
- Use the cutter to cut into a doll shape and brush with beaten egg
- Bake until golden and serve with strawberry jam.
