Corte a massa em 4 pedaços, Corte o queijo em pedaços grandes e o bacon defumado em tiras finas.

Cut the dough into 4 pieces, Cut the cheese into large pieces and the smoked bacon into thin strips.

Enrole o queijo com o bacon e coloque em uma metade de cada pedaço de massa. Na outra metade da massa fazemos cortes e cobrimos o queijo com bacon.

Wrap the cheese with the bacon and place on one half of each piece of dough. On the other half of the dough we make cuts and cover the cheese with bacon.

Coloque em uma forma com papel manteiga.
Espalhe cada pedaço com gema de ovo batida. Asse  por 20 minutos.

Place in a shape with parchment paper.
Spread each piece with beaten egg yolk. Bake for 20 minutes.
