- Cut the dough into 4 pieces, Cut the cheese into large pieces and the smoked bacon into thin strips.
- Wrap the cheese with the bacon and place on one half of each piece of dough. On the other half of the dough we make cuts and cover the cheese with bacon.
- Place in a shape with parchment paper. Spread each piece with beaten egg yolk. Bake for 20 minutes.
