- Place 1 slice of turkey breast and a little cream cheese on half of the dough disc.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the filling to form a half moon shape. Squeeze the sides tightly so the stuffing doesn't leak.
- Brush with yolk and take to preheated oven, at 200° until golden!!
