  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Whey20 g
  • Oats2 tablespoon
  • Milk powder1 teaspoon
  1. Cut the banana into slices and place in a pan with 1 glass of water, vanilla and cinnamon.
  2. Let it cook in medium fire and with the pan semi-covered, until the banana falls apart.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the whey. Mix well and, if necessary, add a little more water.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered milk and cinnamon.
