  • Milk or plant-based drink1 cup
  • Oat flakes3 tablespoon
  • Banana1 unit(s)
  • Egg white1 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
  1. Mash the banana;
  2. Place the milk, oatmeal, cinnamon and banana in a pan over medium heat and stir until it thickens a little;
  3. Add the egg white and stir for a few seconds until the white is cooked (it's very fast) (you can trust that it doesn't have the taste or texture of an egg);
  4. When the white is cooked, turn off the heat and stir for a few more seconds. And it's done! You can finish with the fruits and toppings of your choice.
