  • Oat flakes30 g
  • Baking powder1 dessert spoon
  • Culinary sweetener1 tablespoon
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
  • Vanilla Whey or Milk Powder20 g
  1. In a bowl, mix the egg, white, oatmeal, sweetener and vanilla essence (optional) well.
  2. Add the yeast and place the dough in silicone molds or a refractory that can go in the airfryer.
  3. Take it to the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180°.
  4. While the cupcake is baking, prepare the syrup. Dilute the whey or powdered milk with the juice of half a lemon, mix and add the lemon little by little until it has a creamy consistency.
  5. Cover the cupcake with the syrup and decorate with lemon zest!!
  6. Tip: you can prepare the cake in the microwave, it takes 3 minutes. But it tastes better in the airfryer 😉
