Banana (very ripe)4 unit(s)
Eggs2 unit(s)
Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Oat flakes1/2 cup
Whey protein concentrate1 cup
Granular Sweetener1 tablespoon
70% chocolate chips3 tablespoon
Yeast for cakes1 dessert spoon

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas, and mix with the other ingredients, except the chocolate chips and yeast, until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Add the chocolate chips and yeast, and mix gently.
Grease a cake pan (I used a rectangular silicone bread pan) or 10 cupcake pans with olive oil or coconut oil.
Pour the dough and take it to the oven to bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
Once ready, serve or freeze in slices for up to 3 months.
