- Cocoa powder (base)1/4 cup
- Grated unsweetened coconut (stuffing)2 cup
- Coconut Milk (Filling)1/4 cup
- Coconut Oil (Filling)1 tablespoon
- Xylitol or agave (filling)3 tablespoon
- 70% vegan cocoa chocolate (cover)100 g
- Base: put all the ingredients in a food processor until it becomes a uniform mass and does not stick to your fingers. If it gets too dry, add a little water, little by little. Place the dough in a medium square shape, lined with parchment paper and cover the entire base, leveling with your hands or a spoon. Take it to freeze in the freezer.
- Filling: Mix all ingredients in a food processor evenly. Remove the form from the freezer and place the filling over the entire base, taking care to leave it level. Take it to freeze again.
- Coverage: melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave on low power. Spread over the filling, taking it to freeze for at least 2 hours.
- When serving, unmold and cut into cubes or in the form of a bar. To make it easier to cut, heat a large knife and then make the cuts as you prefer.
