- In a container, lay the eggs and beat well with a fouet until you completely undo the clear.
- Add the yeast and mix well until completely dissolved.
- Now, gradually add the powdered milk, mixing well until you get a homogeneous mass with a sticky consistency.
- With the dough ready, take small portions with the help of a spoon (soup) and place them on a previously greased form.
- Take it to the preheated oven at 180º C and leave for about 10 minutes or until the buns are grown, fluffy and golden.
