- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Smoked Paparica1 tablespoon
- Dehydrated Parsley1 tablespoon
- With the help of a cutter, the one that sells on camels, pass the potato and cut into thin slices and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the salt, olive oil, parsley and smoked paprika and mix very well.
- Take the potatoes and dip in this mixture so that both sides are well seasoned.
- Leave for 5 minutes to taste.
- Either in the oven in a greased shape or in the air fryer place the slices and bake
- In the oven 10 minutes turning every 5 minutes and in the air fryer 5 minutes turning every 2 minutes
- It gets crispy
