- Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Cold water2 l
- Wash the potatoes well and then cut them with the help of a multipurpose cutter to get that shape.
- After cut, add in a container with ice water and leave until the water is very whitish.
- Drain and dry well.
- Then season with olive oil, salt and paprika.
- Place the potatoes in the AirFryer and bake for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to get the desired result.
