Potatoes cut into slices and boiled2 unit(s)
Pepperoni sausage cut into slices1 unit(s)
Onion cut into slices1 unit(s)
Beaten eggs5 unit(s)
Mozzarella to taste
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Butter to taste

Cook the potatoes until al dente.
Brown the pepperoni and add the onion. saute
In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly and season with salt and pepper.
Grease a large skillet with butter and place the potatoes in the bottom of it, on top of the sausages, onion, mozzarella and lastly, I wish you the beaten eggs.
Lower the heat, cover the skillet and let it cook for around 8 minutes.
With the help of a plate, turn the tortilla and return it to the skillet to brown the other side. Serve immediately.
