- Potato1/1/2 kg
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Peel the potatoes and put to cook. When they are very soft, remove and mash them as if you were going to make a puree. Add the seasonings and mix well with your hands leaving it in the shape of a ball. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes until it takes on a consistency. Cut the dough into 4 pieces. In each piece, roll on some base (bench) making the shape of a sausage, then cut into pieces and then roll up to make balls. Arrange the balls separately on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the oven until golden and crispy.
