- Oil to taste
- Cut the potato into strips on the grater or in the processor until it is in small pieces.
- Place the potato in the preheated skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Knead well so that it is well compacted like a "hamburger".
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Let it brown and turn with the help of another skillet, lid or large slotted spoon.
- Let the other side brown and serve! Suggestion: breakfast, meat accompaniment and Stroganoff.
