- ASTERIX POTATOES1 kg
- CUBE FRIED BACON300 g
- CUBED MOUSSARELLA300 g
- BREAD FLOUR200 g
- GREEN SMELL to taste
- GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE100 g
- FRYING OIL1 l
- Cook the potato 🥔
- And fry the bacon 🥓 in cubes
- Squeeze the potato 🥔 mix the parmesan cheese and bacon 🥓 fried and the green smell
- Mix everything until it becomes a dough.
- Place in the fridge for 20 minutes until chilled.
- Take an amount of approximately 50 g open in the palm of your hand and stuffing with the mozzarella cheese, model in your preference.
- It can be balls or croquette-shaped cookies.
- Now pass the breadcrumbs and just fry in hot oil.
- Once fried, place on a paper towel to absorb the frying.
- Note It almost doesn't even need it, it doesn't soak in oil!
- Then just serve your snack!
