  • Boiled Potatoes1 kg
  • Tuscan sausage500 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Sachet of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Cheese100 g
  • Salt and Seasoning0 to taste
  1. Remove the skin from the sausage and fry well. Then add the onion, tomato and pepper.
  2. Add the tomato sauce and let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat, then reserve the sauce part.
  3. Blend the potatoes in a blender with a cup and a half of the water that was boiled
  4. Mix the potato cream with the cooked sausage and add the cheese. Leave on low heat until the cheese melts.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and oregano
  6. Finish by adding the reserved sausage with green smell
