- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Wheat flour3/5 cup
- Milk (if needed)0 to taste
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl, except for the milk, which should be added little by little (if necessary) until it starts to knead.
- The sequence is: Knead well (about 10 minutes) - rise until doubled (covered with plastic and dish towel) - shape - rise again and bake in a low oven (180 degrees) until golden.
- I like to brush with beaten egg (after the breads have risen) and sesame seeds to make it more beautiful.
