Boiled and mashed medium potato1 unit(s)
Egg1 unit(s)
Oil1/4 cup
Sugar3 tablespoon
Salt1/2 tablespoon
Organic Dry Yeast5 g
Wheat flour3/5 cup
Milk (if needed)0 to taste

Combine the ingredients in a bowl, except for the milk, which should be added little by little (if necessary) until it starts to knead.
The sequence is: Knead well (about 10 minutes) - rise until doubled (covered with plastic and dish towel) - shape - rise again and bake in a low oven (180 degrees) until golden.
I like to brush with beaten egg (after the breads have risen) and sesame seeds to make it more beautiful.
