  • Boiled Potatoes150 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt and spices to taste
  • Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Oat bran1.5 cup
  • Boiled chicken and cheese for the stuffing to taste
  • Beaten egg and sesame for brushing to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough, adding the oatmeal last and gradually, until the dough has a firm consistency for modeling.
  2. Let it rest for 40 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 parts, make balls, knead and fill with the stuffing. Shape into a round shape again.
  3. Brush with a beaten egg and decorate with sesame.
  4. Place in a greased shape with olive oil and take it to the preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 30 minutes.
