- Boiled and mashed potato2.5 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Grated cheese1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Whip the egg whites.
- In a bowl add the mashed potatoes, egg yolks, cheese and season with salt and oregano. Mix well with a spatula.
- Add the egg whites and incorporate carefully.
- Make small balls with the help of two spoons and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread grated cheese and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes!
