  • grated carrot1/2 g
  • Red Pepper1/4 g
  • Yellow pepper1/4 g
  • White onion1/2 g
  • Shoyu4 tablespoon
  • tamarind hoopoe200 g
  • Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
  1. Cut the loin into strips. Fry the loin in the skillet over high heat, season with salt and pepper and set aside (remove from the pan) In the same pan add the ginger, carrot, onion, peppers, add a thread of soy sauce and set aside (remove in the pan). In the same pan, place the tamarind pulp and brown sugar. On low heat, let it reduce until it thickens. Return the vegetables and the loin, mix and add the chopped chives.
