  • Salt and oregano to taste to taste
  • Sliced Mozzarella Cheese200 g
  1. Pasta: In a bowl, add all the ingredients in the order described and mix by hand until the dough is homogeneous. Spread the dough on a round, greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes at medium heat.
  2. Roof: Place the tomato slices on the dough and season with salt and oregano. Cover with slices of cheese and spread a little oil on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Average temperature
