- Note: If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour and if it is too hard, add a little more water.
- On a smooth surface, solve the dough for at least 13 minutes, while the more you knead, the better it will be.
- Sprinkle flour in a bowl and place the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour. I leave it in the oven turned off, because there it is more stuffy.

- When the dough is the approximate size of the shape, place the dough inside and give it a straighten to be well stretched. I apply a little oil to the mold before putting the dough.
- Poke holes in the dough with a fork. This dough is enough for three large pizzas, you can make half the recipe.
- In the stuffing put tomato sauce, grated mozzarella and the stuffing of your preference. I like to put a lot of mozzarella, 300g for a large pizza.
