Pastry dough

Comecei fazendo os pastel de Bauru,  coloquei presunto e queijo e fechei os pastel com o garfo na ponto dos pastel .

I started by making the Bauru pastels, put ham and cheese and closed the pastels with a fork at the point of the pastel.

Depois fiz os de pizza , coloquei queijo , orégano e tomate . 

Then I made the pizza ones, put cheese, oregano and tomato.

Close the pastries with a fork and set aside.

Agora coloquei o óleo para esquentar e fritei os pastéis . Depois e só servir
