- Wheat Flour (1 cup and a half)180 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Beat all ingredients in a blender, except the tomato sauce, bake until a firm layer is on top, as in the photo. Remove from the oven, add the tomato sauce and stuffing to your liking. In the photo I used tuna, onion, tomato, cheese, ham, eggs, peppers and oregano
