- Wheat flour6 cup
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Warm water21/2 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast2 tablespoon
- Sugar2 teaspoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce1 to taste
- Stuffing of your choice1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar, then gradually add warm water until the mixture is dissolved.
- On a very clean and smooth table or bench, place the flour and salt, mixing then.
- Add all the flour and then make a well in the middle.
- Put the yeast in this hole formed in the flour and add the oil, mixing everything with the flour, kneading the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.
- Cover the dough and let it rest until it doubles in size, approximately 1 hour.
- After resting, cut the dough into 4 pieces. Take one of the pieces and reserve the others, leaving them covered.
- On a clean, smooth countertop or table, sprinkle flour.
- Open the piece of dough with a rolling pin, forming the pizza (a circle of approximately 30 cm).
- Repeat the process for the remaining pieces of dough.
- Remove the pizza from the oven when the crust is golden.
