  • Wheat flour6 cup
  • Olive oil1/4 cup
  • Warm water21/2 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast2 tablespoon
  • Sugar2 teaspoon
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce1 to taste
  • Stuffing of your choice1 to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar, then gradually add warm water until the mixture is dissolved.
  2. On a very clean and smooth table or bench, place the flour and salt, mixing then.
  3. Add all the flour and then make a well in the middle.
  4. Put the yeast in this hole formed in the flour and add the oil, mixing everything with the flour, kneading the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest until it doubles in size, approximately 1 hour.
  6. After resting, cut the dough into 4 pieces. Take one of the pieces and reserve the others, leaving them covered.
  7. On a clean, smooth countertop or table, sprinkle flour.
  8. Open the piece of dough with a rolling pin, forming the pizza (a circle of approximately 30 cm).
  9. Repeat the process for the remaining pieces of dough.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven when the crust is golden.
