  • oil100 ml
  • milk1 cup
  • water1 cup
  • egg1 unit(s)
  • salt1 tablespoon
  • sugar2 tablespoon
  • 15 g yeast2 unit(s)
  • mozzarella to taste
  • ham to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • tomato to taste
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and pour over the flour, mix well and then knead
  2. To knead the dough, you can throw it up and let it fall on the table.
  3. Once the dough has risen, divide it into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Roll out each of these pieces with the rolling pin and cut into 9 parts.
  5. Place a slice of ham, another slice of mozzarella cheese and wrap the bread
  6. Then it can be brushed with egg yolk or even sweetened coffee and put oregano on top.
  7. Let it rise again and bake at 200°
