- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Knead the dough well and let it rise to double the volume. After the dough rises in two, place the stuffing.
- Roll out the dough and shape the bread, put it in a shape and let it rise.
- Brush with egg and then bake in a high oven for about 40 minutes (explanation and filling in the photos)
