Almonds (cups of almond butter)1/2 cup
Almond flour2/3 cup
Stevia Oui Erythritol3 tablespoon
Lemon zest 🍋0 to taste
Orange zest 🍊 (optional)0 to taste
Chopped pistachios0 to taste
A pinch of salt1 to taste
Chopped hazelnuts1 to taste
Baking soda1/8 teaspoon
plant milk1 tablespoon

Mix the dry ingredients.
Add the almond butter, vegetable milk and chopped chestnuts until you get a dough that you can shape with your hands.
Make balls and flatten them.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silpat.
Bake in a preheated medium oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
Let cool and store in an airtight container.
