- Almonds (cups of almond butter)1/2 cup
- Almond flour2/3 cup
- Stevia Oui Erythritol3 tablespoon
- Lemon zest 🍋0 to taste
- Orange zest 🍊 (optional)0 to taste
- Chopped pistachios0 to taste
- A pinch of salt1 to taste
- Chopped hazelnuts1 to taste
- Baking soda1/8 teaspoon
- plant milk1 tablespoon
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Add the almond butter, vegetable milk and chopped chestnuts until you get a dough that you can shape with your hands.
- Make balls and flatten them.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silpat.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool and store in an airtight container.
