- Strawberry or Blackcurrant Syrup2 tablespoon
- Sparkling water50 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the whole lemon cut into 4 parts with the peel, remove only the white part to avoid bitterness, together with the water and the sugar, beat everything
- Pass the juice through a sieve to strain the leftover lemon and separate it from the juice.
- In a glass filled with ice, add the syrup and lemon juice and serve
