  • Pepperoni150 g

  • Ham50 g
  • Mozzarella Cheese100 g
  • Parmesan cheese50 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  1. Place the pastry dough in a cupcake mold, making a tray to put the filling.
  2. Remove the seeds from the tomato and cut into small squares.
  3. Cut the pepperoni and bacon into squares and put them in a pan to sauté. Let it get golden and set aside.
  4. Cut the cheese and ham into small squares
  5. In a platter, break the eggs and beat well, season with salt, pepper, oregano. Then add the box of sour cream. After mixing well add all the other ingredients.
  6. Put the stuffing in each bag, do not fill to the lid so it doesn't leak when baking
  7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden and ready to enjoy.
