- Naturally fermented wholemeal bread1 unit(s)
- Natural solid tuna2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- pesto sauce1 dessert spoon
- Sliced tomato1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella30 g
- Place the slice of bread on a non-stick baking sheet.
- Put the tomato sauce on top of the bread, the tuna, the mozzarella and finish with the tomato.
- Drizzle with a little oil and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
- Add the basil pesto just before serving.
