- Cream cheese with apricot jam and garlic oil Start by placing the curd in the freezer for 15 min.
- Cut the garlic into slices and fry over medium-low heat in the oil. Be careful not to burn! Fry the garlic until it's to your liking!
- With a blunt knife, remove the curd from the pot and place on a plate.
- Place the jelly over the curd, using a spoon.
- Pour the still hot garlic oil over everything.
- The combination of flavors is spectacular! Ideal with toast and rolls!
