- Oil125 ml
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar. Reserve.
- It's a bowl, add the wheat flour to the blender mixture. Gently mix.
- Add the yeast and mix enough to coat the dough.
- Place in a greased and floured form.
- Bake in a medium oven preheated to 180° until golden. Do the toothpick test.
