- Take the pastry dough and open it
- Put the pepperoni and cheese
- Close the pastel and with a fork press the ends to prevent it from opening in the frying.
- In a pan put (enough oil to cover the pastel) and put it on the fire to warm up well.
- With the hot oil, turn the pastries and when they are golden, they are ready.
- Place on paper towel to remove excess fat.
