- Wheat flour180 g
- Baking powder2 teaspoon

- Sugar120 g
- Sunflower oil80 ml
- Milk40 ml
- Grated ginger, 2 cm slice1 unit(s)
- Peeled Pears, Diced2 unit(s)
- Coarsely chopped walnuts50 g
- Mix the yeast with the flour in a bowl.
- In another, mix the eggs; the sugar and the oil. No need to knock; just mix well.
- Incorporate the milk and ginger and mix again.
- Add the flour in 2 times incorporating well.
- Lastly, pears and walnuts; mix again.
- Grease a small rectangular loaf tin with butter and pour the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 50 minutes. Or until golden brown.
- It's a moist cookie; crunchy and the touch of ginger gives it a special flavor. Try it 😋😋😋
