  • Wheat flour180 g
  • Baking powder2 teaspoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Sugar120 g
  • Sunflower oil80 ml
  • Milk40 ml
  • Grated ginger, 2 cm slice1 unit(s)
  • Peeled Pears, Diced2 unit(s)
  • Coarsely chopped walnuts50 g
  1. Mix the yeast with the flour in a bowl.
  2. In another, mix the eggs; the sugar and the oil. No need to knock; just mix well.
  3. Incorporate the milk and ginger and mix again.
  4. Add the flour in 2 times incorporating well.
  5. Lastly, pears and walnuts; mix again.
  6. Grease a small rectangular loaf tin with butter and pour the dough.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 50 minutes. Or until golden brown.
  8. It's a moist cookie; crunchy and the touch of ginger gives it a special flavor. Try it 😋😋😋
