Water75 g
Salt2 g

Bring the sugar, water and salt mixture to a boil. Let it boil, turn off the heat and add the peanuts.
Mix well until the sugar crystallizes. Turn the heat back on (at minimum) and stir until it caramelizes well (same as in the video). It takes about 20 minutes to mix.
Place on the silicone mat, or on a marble countertop greased with a drizzle of vegetable oil. If you want to make the praline, just grind it little by little in the food processor.
Tip: praline can be made with any oilseed. Just replace with your favorite
