  • Chicken eggs2 unit(s)
  • Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
  • Peanut flour1 cup
  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Brown sugar3/4 cup
  • Water at room temperature1/2 cup
  • Chemical yeast for cake1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl add the eggs, peanut butter, sugar and mix well.
  2. Then add the peanut flour and oatmeal. Mix well.
  3. Add the water and mix. Add the yeast and mix gently. Place the dough in an already greased form.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40min. Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding. - It is possible to do it in the air fryer also at 200°C for 15min!
