Oat flakes1 cup
Roasted and crushed peanuts1 cup
Eggs2 unit(s)
Ripe banana2 unit(s)
Melted butter or coconut oil3 tablespoon
Raisin to taste
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Vanilla essence (optional)1 dessert spoon

Beat the eggs, bananas and butter in a blender for 2 minutes.
Add the other ingredients and hit the blender very quickly just to mix the Ingredients.
Transfer the dough to a form (15 cm) greased and sprinkled with brown sugar (it leaves the cake caramelized on the outside and looks beautiful).
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
