  1. Beat the butter or margarine with the sugar by hand until it becomes a whitish cream, then add the eggs one by one and continue beating. Put the cinnamon, and all the flours already mixed with the yeast, the chopped peach.
  2. Add the milk and stir slowly, I add a little more than 1/2 cup, so that the cake is more moist. Carefully place the dough over the peaches and bake in a preheated oven at 180º to 200º). When golden, insert a toothpick or knife tip into the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, it is baked.
  3. Wait a few minutes and unmold the cake while it is still hot, as the sugar at the bottom will be melted and will make the work easier. Besides delicious, it's wonderful!
  4. This cake should be baked in the fridge after the first day. Because it contains fresh fruit, it can spoil faster. The texture of the dough is perfect.
