Pegue um pouco da massa e coloquenas forminhas de empada moldando-as com uma camada não muito fina e nem muito grossa

Take some of the dough and put it in the patty molds, molding them with a layer not too thin and not too thick.

Coloque o queijo mussarela ralado no meio até encher as forminhas 

Place the grated mozzarella cheese in the middle until the molds are full.

Leve ao forno por 20 minutos ou até dourar

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
