- Butter60 g
- Sugar20 g
- Salt2 g

- In a pan put the water, butter, sugar, salt and wheat flour, take it to the fire and let it cook everything until the dough comes off the pan.
- Let the dough cool a little for approximately 15 minutes, when it is still warm, take the dough in the mixer, with the beater of your mixer. Beat well and add 1 egg at a time.
- When everything is beaten and mixed, the dough looks like an elastic band. After this process, just put it in a pastry bag and shape it to your liking AND brush with egg. Place in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden on top.
- The format can be donut, bread or as you wish.
