  • Butter60 g
  • Sugar20 g
  • Salt2 g

  1. In a pan put the water, butter, sugar, salt and wheat flour, take it to the fire and let it cook everything until the dough comes off the pan.
  2. Let the dough cool a little for approximately 15 minutes, when it is still warm, take the dough in the mixer, with the beater of your mixer. Beat well and add 1 egg at a time.
  3. When everything is beaten and mixed, the dough looks like an elastic band. After this process, just put it in a pastry bag and shape it to your liking AND brush with egg. Place in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden on top.
  4. The format can be donut, bread or as you wish.
