Coloque a maionese em uma tijela e acrescente o trigo às poucos até que não grude mais nas mãos.

Abra a massa com um rolo coloque o recheio e modele do seu modo. 

Pincele uma gema e coloque orégano por cima 

Você pode usar o recheio de sua preferência. Nesse usei (presunto, queijo e calabresa) tudo ralado

Leve ao forno médio pré aquecido até dourar 

Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and add the wheat little by little until it no longer sticks to your hands.

Open the dough with a rolling pin, place the stuffing and shape it your way.

Brush a yolk and put oregano on top

You can use the filling of your choice. In this one I used (ham, cheese and pepperoni) all grated

Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
