- Oil (or olive oil)2 tablespoon
- Salt (shallow)1 dessert spoon
- Warm water250 ml
- In a bowl, place the flour and salt and mix.
- Add the warm water and oil little by little, stirring constantly.
- Knead the dough until it is very homogeneous.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin or cylinder, fill, close and fry.
- Note: The 30 minute rest time is very important for the recipe to work!
