  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Yolk (without skin)1 unit(s)
  • Vegetable Broth Tablet1 unit(s)
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Milk to pass the salty to taste
  • Bread flour for breading to taste
  • Stuffing of your choice to taste
  1. Bring the milk, vegetable broth, seasonings, the yolk and the margarine to a boil until boiling. When it boils, add the wheat flour and stir quickly until it releases from the bottom of the pan. Wait for it to cool and knead for about 3 minutes. Let it cool, open the dough in your hand, put the stuffing and model. To coat, dip in milk and then in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil.
