  • sour cream with whey (300 g)1 can(s)
  • wheat flour (320 g)2/5 cup
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Stuffing0 to taste
  1. Add the cream, wheat flour, salt and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Place the dough on a smooth, floured surface and knead well with your hands.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. With a rolling pin, roll out the dough very thin and cut discs (7 cm).
  5. Place a portion of filling on each disc of dough, fold in half into a half moon and close by pinching the edges with a fork.
  6. Fry the pastries in hot oil until golden.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve immediately.
