Parsley Potato “Cheese” Bread (Lactose Free)

Numa tigela grande, misture o polvilho azedo, o polvilho doce, o sal, o orégano e o azeite de oliva, formando uma farofa homogênea. Adicione o purê de batata salsa, a chia e o açafrão. Misture bem. Por último, adicione a água, aos poucos, até chegar a uma consistência fácil de ser moldada. Amasse com as mãos até obter uma massa homogênea.
Enrole os pãezinhos no tamanho que desejar.
Você pode assa-los em seguida ou congela-los.
Se desejar assar, arrume-os em uma forma, deixando um espaço de 3cm entre eles. Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por 20 minutos.
Eu congelo os pãezinhos crus e os “asso” na Airfryer, a 180 graus, por 15 minutos.
Rendimento: 30 unidades.

In a large bowl, mix the sour flour, sweet flour, salt, oregano and olive oil, forming a homogeneous crumb. Add the parsley mashed potato, chia and saffron. Mix well. Finally, add the water, little by little, until you reach a consistency that is easy to mold. Knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
Roll the buns to the size you want.
You can bake them right away or freeze them.
If you want to bake, arrange them in a shape, leaving a space of 3 cm between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
I freeze the raw rolls and bake them in the Airfryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Yield: 30 units.
